Purposes of the website
Present the Fourfold Establishing of Awareness Meditation (Vipassana Meditation) in its fundamentally scientific method of practicing, based on self practical experiences. No superstitious traits.
Contemplate to figure out measures of managing stress conditions as well as mind reactions following the arising of mental illness symptoms. Encourage people who have very stressful jobs as well as who are members of high-risk mentally ill families to practice Vipassana Meditation.
Suggest that Vipassana meditation practice may help to resolve family feuds. Only one member of the family practicing Vipassana and getting to stage 3 of mind development will develop "understanding" well enough to pacify family conflicts and maintain family happiness. (please click here to read : "stages of mind development in Vipassana Meditation practice" in this website)
Suggest to parents of high-risk mentally-ill families the idea of caring the child's mental aspect besides the body aspect. A Vipassana meditation training besides a martial art training may be a balanced, thoughtful preparation for a child's future. When a child gets to his twenties, the risk of being injured by body attacks is much lower than the risk of body and emotion harm by over stress and mental illnesses.
Finally and most importantly, the website is the forum for people who dedicate their lives to go to the end of the Vipassana meditation dharma path to share experiences, practice progress, and difficulties. The path to discovering the ultimate truth of life, nature of the self, birth and dead is a life-long one covered by ignorance. Sharing, discussing experiences may help meditator's mind to follow the right path in front of multiple trifurcations bedazzled by gain, praise, fame and worldly happiness.

"Cớ sao nhìn mãi lỗi người,
Đúng sai , tốt xấu ích chi mà nhìn.
Sao không nhìn lại chính mình,
Đúng sai, tốt xấu lặng thinh tu trì."
Vietnamese chanting
Why always look for mistakes and judge others ? Right or wrong, good or bad...for what use?
Why not look at our own selves? Right or wrong, good or bad, humbly we cultivate ourselves in silent meditation ?
